The department caters for the holistic development of each student, using different strategies to inculcate life-long health related skills, as well as maximising the physical development of the students.

The Physical Education Department is one of the most popular of the college, harbouring 75% of the school community as athlete. The level of participation, together with the number of medals collected, 100 in 2015, is an undeniable sign of effectiveness.
